खूबसूरत हूँ, जोश हूँ, 
त्याग हूँ, शहनशीलता की मूर्त हूँ मैं 

बेटी, बहन, पत्नी, माँ, 

हर रूप में ढल जाती हूँ मैं 

घर तक सीमित नहीं,

चलाने को तो देश भी चलाती हूँ मैं 

नदी हूँ की पत्थरों को चीर के रास्ता बनाती हूँ मैं 

इस समाज में पुरूषों से कोई लड़ाई नहीं 

उन उसूलों से हैं, जो मुझ पे लागूं हैं 

अपनी पहचान बनाके, अपना हक़ ही तो मांगती हूँ मैं 

मैं हूँ तो यह संसार है, यह जहान ख़ूबसूरत बनाती हूँ मैं 

हाँ एक औरत हूँ, गर्व से कहती हूँ मैं !
